I fully embraced my passion for health and fitness and can no longer remember life before taking boutique studio classes, enjoying green juice, and wanting to workout at 6 am. I currently live in sunny Miami.

I enjoy learning new things, sharing what I know, and flexing my creative muscles. I have zero tolerance for boredom.
